Shipping Policy

Thank You for choosing KMBOUTIQUE to shop. We offer 1-3 business days shipping and standard shipping 5-10 business days from the time your package is Confirmed and departs our place. Business days are considering Monday to Friday. Our preffered Shipping provider is USPS. But in some cases we may use order carriers such as USPS or FedEx. All order will be shipped after payment are processed verified and clear. Order made during weekends Saturday & Sunday will begin processing the following business day. We ask that you remain patient during these times. Delivery times are based on the distances from our place.
Once your order is ships will receive an email with tracking information as well as updated tracking email until your order has been delivered

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are shipped because they are in USPS hands. Please contact them if there is a problem with the delivery. If you somehow manage to put the wrong address in we are not liable for your package being delivered to the wrong address. If the package is shipped back to us we will ship it back to you, but you are required to pay for shipping again because a new tracking number/label will have to be created. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout

Please contact your local post office for more information regarding your package; we are not responsible if they lose your package. If you notified your package said delivery and when you check your mailbox or where it said delivery you don’t got it, best option to do contact your local post office with your tracking # and let them know your package said delivery but you not got it, so they will able to help you.

Ounce you receive your tracking number is your responsibility to track your package.
